Bob Rieger New ME-ISE Associate Director

Bob Rieger is the new Associate Director of the Master of Engineering in Innovation, Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship (ME-ISE), which is a new degree at the UA College of Engineering that combines the latest engineering technical knowledge with program management and finance skills for a unique alternative to an MBA degree. Bob is a former corporate executive with almost 40 years of experience in materials science industries. Until 2012, he served as president, CEO, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of companies involved with advanced materials, ceramics, electronics, structural materials and specialty chemicals.

Bob served as Associate Director of the MBA program at the University of Arizona Eller College of Management from 2005-2008. He holds BS and MS degrees in ceramic engineering from Georgia Tech as well as an MBA from Syracuse University. Bob brings a tremendous wealth of experience to the ME-ISE program in the management, marketing, and financing of innovative materials technologies.
